A bit about us: We’re a university-based retirement community, or UBRC. And we’re the only one in the world that is actually located right on a college campus—not across town. It’s in the middle of all the action. Being this close means it’s easier than ever to take advantage of the university’s resources. You’ll even have a Sun Devil card, allowing you to live campus life like a student. We’ll let you decide how far you want to take that.

You can audit nearly any class you want. You can catch a show at ASU Gammage every week. You can uplift the next generation by mentoring a student. You can head to downtown Tempe and enjoy the finest of fine dining. It’s all right here.

When you get home from a full day of living it up like a college student during syllabus week, you’ll get to relax in your stunning apartment. Big windows, open floor plans (over 50 different layouts!), fancy finishes, the works. It’s all you’d expect and more. We’d love to show you around sometime soon.
